The extra guest bedrooms must always be rented in conjunction with the Main Floor Guest House. Beyond that, the combination of rooms is entirely up to your discretion.

• This unique room has it's own private bath (shower), a small fully-equipped kitchen, a Double & Single bed. Ideal as an in-law suite or for those who wish extra privacy away from the main house with seperate cooking facilities. No view.

GUEST ROOM #1 (sleeps 2)

• This guest room has a lovely view of the garden and the ocean from the private patio and comes equipped with a large private bath with Jacuzzi and a separate shower. There is a Queen size bed, wet-bar with mini-fridge, & coffeemaker for private use.

Five Night Minimum

25% increase for holiday periods (7 night minimum)

NOTE: Please be aware that, while the Villa is only rented to one party at a time, the Penthouse Suite of the Main House is available for owner use at any given time. This area has a separate entrance and does not infringe on living areas reserved for guest use. Rest assured that the owner will do his utmost to insure guest privacy.
