Casa Buena Vida is located in beautiful Cabo San Lucas with nothing between you and the Pacific Ocean but the sandy Finistera Beach, Casa Buena Vida is what the name implies, "The Good Life"! It is a 17,000-plus square-foot luxurious villa (10,700 indoors and 6,500 feet of outdoor decking) finished in early 2001. It runs on all public utilities but is also self contained and prepared for the occasional hurricane or utility outage with a propane powered generator, 10,000-gallon water storage and 5,000 Liter propane tank. All equipment necessary to run the property is located away from visual sight in over 1,100 square feet of well placed enclosed equipment rooms. |

At the entrance into Casa Buena Vida on the main level, you will be greeted by two water walls. All rooms other than the bedrooms are situated on the main level including the living room with 14 foot ceilings, TV room, entertainment room with pool table, formal dinning room with seating for 12, gourmet kitchen with Sub-Zero and Viking appliances, large pantry, wine cellar and laundry room. The main deck is expansive with a 10 foot deep natural stone infinity pool, Jacuzzi, sunning pool and the warm Cabo sun from 8am to 8pm every day. | ||
| Casa Buena Vida is situated in the exclusive and highly secure, gated community of the Pedregal. Living in a on-premise detached 440 square foot studio apartment, Casa Buena Vida has it's own 24/7 private security guard/caretaker, private security gate, fencing and alarm system. With the house set far from the street, there is over 3,500 square feet of driveway and off-street parking within the secured grounds. |
