  • 10% Discount for Low Season - Aug. 01 to Sep. 30
  • 5 nights minimum during peak season - Oct. 01 - July 05.
  • 4 nights minimum during low season - July 06 - Sept. 30.
  • Christmas Week 12/21/08 - 12/28/08 - $3,500/night.
  • New Years Week 12/28/08 - 01/04/09 - $4,500/night.
    7 night minimum and 25% premium for Thanksgiving (11/23/08-11/30/08).
  • $1950 event charge (Weddings, large parties, large dinners, etc. at which more people will be at the house than the number of guests who are staying at the villa).

Check in no earlier than 3pm, check out no later than 11am.
13% Mexican Tax applies. Prices in US dollars.
$1000 Refundable Security Deposit in addition to above rates.
